● Brothel Account: An overarching entity within the Platform that, under the supervision and responsibility of a registered User, can manage and coordinate multiple individual profiles for commercial purposes.
● End User: A natural person who, as a visitor of the Platform, utilizes its available functionalities to connect with Advertisers.
● Services: The entire digital infrastructure and supplementary mediation mechanisms offered by Secs to Users to facilitate communication, profiling, and interaction.
● User: Any natural or legal person who, in any manner, makes use of the Platform, regardless of the purpose of such use.
● Platform: The digital environment operated by Secs, including but not limited to the website, mobile applications, and all associated technologies made available to Users.
2. Scope and Acceptance of the Terms
These General Terms and Conditions apply in full to all legal relationships arising from the use of the Platform, regardless of the User's role or nature of interaction. By accessing or using the Platform, whether after registration or not, the User fully and irrevocably agrees to these Terms and Conditions and commits to complying with them.
3. Age Requirements and Identity Verification
Access to the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who have reached the age of eighteen (18) years. Creating an Account as an Advertiser or sex worker under a Brothel Account is reserved for persons aged twenty-one (21) years or older. Secs reserves the right to request additional verification at any time, including but not limited to the submission of a valid identification document. If incorrect age information is detected or suspected, access to the Platform may be immediately denied without prior notice or liability for any resulting damages.
4. Services and Functional Roles within the Platform
The Platform functions solely as an intermediary infrastructure facilitating interactions between Advertisers and End Users. Secs is not, and will not become, a party to any transaction, agreement, or arrangement made through the Platform. Within this context, three primary user categories are distinguished: Advertisers, Brothel Accounts, and End Users. Advertisers independently publish content and service offerings. Brothel Accounts manage subordinate profiles in a centralized environment and bear full responsibility for the integrity and accuracy of the information and media shared through their account. End Users engage with Advertisers individually and make independent decisions regarding further interactions.
5. User Obligations, Integrity, and Conduct Standards
Each User acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for their behavior on the Platform. The use of false identities, unlawful content, threats, harassment, phishing, spam, manipulative software, scraping, or sharing contact information outside designated fields is strictly prohibited. In the event of a violation of these behavioral rules, including repeated inappropriate communication or abuse of functionalities, Secs reserves the right to permanently terminate the User’s access without prior notice or refund of any prepaid amounts.
In cases of unsolicited communication (such as spam, unauthorized data collection, or repeated messaging outside its intended context), the User forfeits an immediately payable penalty of five hundred euros (€500) per violation or per day that the violation continues. Secs reserves the right to take additional measures and claim full compensation for damages.
For security and user protection, Secs reserves the right to monitor Platform activities, including log data, interaction history, and communication patterns. This monitoring may be used to detect or prevent fraudulent activities, abuse, or violations of these Terms and Conditions.
6. Financial Obligations and Transaction Terms
Access to certain Platform functionalities requires periodic subscription fees, which are collected monthly via automatic debit from the payment method provided by the User. Failure to complete a successful payment may result in administrative fees. In cases of persistent non-payment, Secs reserves the right to engage a third-party collection service to recover outstanding amounts. Refund requests are only considered upon formal request to customer support and will only be granted if an erroneous charge is acknowledged by Secs.
7. Moderation, Content Guidelines, and Usage Rights
Content published on the Platform must comply with all applicable laws and Secs' internal policies. Uploading material depicting recognizable third parties without their explicit consent, as well as content involving minors, violence, illegal pornography, or any form of hate speech or incitement, is strictly prohibited. Secs reserves the right to remove, edit, or block any content at any time without prior notice. By publishing content on the Platform, the User grants Secs a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content both within and outside the Platform.
The ranking of advertisements on the Platform is determined by various factors, including but not limited to payment status (premium, featured), user interaction, relevance, and algorithmic optimization. Users cannot derive any rights from the displayed order of listings.
8. Review System
Secs allows registered End Users to post reviews about Advertisers with whom they have had actual contact. Reviews are pre-moderated by Secs. Advertisers may respond once to a review. Secs reserves the right to reject or remove reviews or responses if:
● The content is false, offensive, or discriminatory.
● The review contains false information or defamation.
● Personal or confidential data of third parties are disclosed.
● The review is commercially motivated or contains advertising.
Users agree that their username will be displayed with their review. If a review appears unlawful, it can be reported to customer service.
9. Zero Tolerance Policy
Secs enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding any misconduct occurring through interactions facilitated by the Platform. Any indication or suspicion of coercion, human trafficking, blackmail, involvement of minors, or other criminal behavior will result in the immediate termination of the relevant Account. Secs may provide information to law enforcement authorities in support of investigations where required by law. Users are encouraged to report any such concerns, anonymously if necessary.
10. Legal Disclaimer of Liability and Contractual Indemnification
Secs solely acts as a technical facilitator and is never a party to agreements between Platform Users. Each User preemptively indemnifies Secs against any claim, demand, or legal proceeding arising from interactions between Users. Secs' total liability, regardless of the nature of the claim, is limited to twenty-five euros (€25) per incident. Under no circumstances is Secs liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, lost profits, data loss, or reputational damage.
11. Limitation of Warranties and Platform Accessibility
While Secs strives for continuous and error-free availability of the Platform, it does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of bugs, security breaches, or other disruptions. Any explicit or implicit warranties regarding suitability, accuracy, or usability are expressly disclaimed. Users acknowledge that use of the Platform is at their own risk and that Secs is not liable for technical failures or damages resulting from data breaches or cyber incidents.
In the event of force majeure—circumstances beyond Secs' reasonable control, such as pandemics, power outages, network failures, government actions, natural disasters, war, or strikes—Secs is not obliged to fulfill any obligations to the User. During the force majeure period, obligations are suspended without liability for damages.
12. Complaints Handling and Reporting Procedures
Complaints about the Platform’s operation, third-party content, or User behavior must be submitted in writing via the official contact channel. Secs aims to resolve complaints within fourteen (14) calendar days. Secs reserves the right to disregard complaints that are deemed unfounded, vague, or unverifiable.
